Creating My Odyssey

Artist / writer / explorer of life & creativity / mental health & lifestyle blogger

As I've said umpteen times and really, really mean it, I'm trying very hard to organise myself better. Between projects I'm s-l-o-w-l-y getting to grips with organising my files on laptop and tablet, and it's proving rather a challenge! And as you can see, it's all a bit bonkers.

It's this, that and t'other-ish. What's prompted this are my offers to write posts for mental health blogs and to publish posts from other bloggers onto mine. My Gmail respond box is also ridiculous. I give myself far too many jobs to do, and lose track of who, what and where in the process. Have I written that post? Have I sent it? Where's that one I promised for this blog???! This is where being scatter-brained is a pain in my posterior and is driving me nuts, although, I have to say, the thought of being more organised is actually something I'm looking forward to!

My conservatory/studio is a case in point. Although there's still much to sort out in there, there is hope. Art in progress. Art to smarten/refresh. Finished art. Materials and art mediums. Portfolios...

I'm also 'trying' to organise The Novel better. Which also means appropriate files, and sorting out and setting up work sheets telling me details of chapters, characters, timelines etcetera. Boy, oh boy...

And so on and so forth.

As always, I'd love to hear from anyone else in similar, bonkers situations!
